Problems with the YouTube's copyright system, Overwatch and SBS

I have been live streaming overwatch game play on my branded youtube account that has monetization enabled.  Everytime my live stream is archived and uploaded to my youtube page almost before it is done processing I receive an automatic copyright claim from SBS for 4-5 seconds of the video which is normally an hour or two long.

Someone has brought this up on Blizzard's Forums and it appears everyone is receiving the same copyright claim.

This now requires that everytime I live stream overwatch on youtube I prepare to file a copyright claim dispute with SBS who is trying to copyright Blizzard Entertainments video game which is in conflict with their policy for videos here: http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/legal/videopolicy.html

I'm not sure what to do about this other then maybe avoid youtube's live streaming system and only stream on twitch.tv but it would a be a shame to see this issue not resolved by youtube.
